If you're looking to tone up, build muscle or burn fat during your travels but don't want the hassle (and expense) of joining a gym then this is the perfect class for you! No matter what your health and fitness goal may be, this class has you covered!
This all over body workout takes place in our beautiful local park - Bute park! The perfect backdrop to boost your metabolism and tone your frame, to build muscle and give you self-confidence, Vani will help you achieve all your goals.
When: Mon & Thurs 9:00 am (1hr)

Where: Meet at Reception of Safehouse Hostel, and together the group will head over to Bute Park (5min walk)

- Remember to take a break if you need to - you're working out at your pace
- Have fun - it's not about being the best in class, it's about enjoying the class
What you need to know
This class is outside so prone to the elements so wear weather appropriate, non-restrictive clothes and supportive trainers. Also bring a towel to freshen up and a water bottle to replace lost fluids.
